The Iranian Church is growing rapidly and people are spiritually hungry to receive more training on a daily basis. Leadership development is one the key roles of Gates of Heaven.

At the moment we are focusing on seventeen leaders who are doing most of job inside the country. They receive weekly classroom setting training form different teachers and also practical training through serving during the week. All of them are also study with Pars Theological Centre.
